Job Description 

US/Peru Firm is seeking an Customer service executive.

Busy Biz Solutions SAC was established as a global leader in providing support to other firms seeking employment solutions, with an emphasis on sales, customer service and marketing. This position is for a role with our permanent client in the Cruise Industry, serving customers mostly in the USA.

Some of the responsibilities include:
-Customer Service (taking payments, making booking changes, answering questions etc…)
-Obtaining prices through online and telephone channels for cruise and tour pricing from various vendors
-Posting commissions into our system
-Being able to be a backup travel sales person
-Running daily, weekly and monthly reports
-Commission audits
-Quality assurance on bookings made by other staff members
-Distribution of important emails
-Light accounting duties and projects
-Filing and organizing data
-Supervise entry level marketing person/data entry person
-Assist in the recruiting and interviewing process for new candidates
-Other projects and responsibilities as assigned

The ideal candidate MUST have the following:

-Native level or highly advanced English, both written and spoken (PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DON’T HAVE THIS, AS THIS IS NON-NEGOTIABLE)
-Must be a quick learner and possess the ability to engage with persons at all levels
-Must be able to type 40+ words per minute
-Comfortable with light accounting functions
-Comfortable both in a sales and customer service capacity
-Software and CRM saavy
-Comfortable with a wide range of responsibilities

Candidate would ideally have the following:

-A bachelor degree in HR, Marketing, Management, Business etc…
-Worked with US customers in the past
-Very adaptable based on the needs of the organization
-Works well within a team as well as individually
-Is great working daily functions while simultaneously working on assigned projects
-A Peruvian passport (having an active US visa would be a huge plus and would allow for possible free trips)

There will be a base salary, plus some bonuses and incentives. 

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: From S/.2,500 + Bonuses per month
