Full Time Quoter

Job Description

A rapidly expanding U.S.-based travel company, partnered with Busy Biz Solutions SAC in Lima, is seeking 1–2 Full-Time Quoters to join our growing team immediately. Our partner, Cruiser Travels, has experienced record-breaking demand this year and needs organized, detail-oriented professionals to support both sales and marketing operations.


Cruiser Travels’ CEO brings over 20 years of industry expertise and a strong record of developing new talent into successful, long-term team members. This position is ideal for candidates seeking a hybrid role that blends entry-level marketing, sales support, and data-entry responsibilities.


Role Overview

The Full-Time Quoter prepares accurate and attractive travel quotes (primarily cruises) by gathering pricing, verifying promotions, and applying available perks. This role supports both the Sales and Marketing teams by ensuring customers receive fast, professional quotes that drive conversions and generate new leads.

This is not a sales or phone-based role. It is an operational, accuracy-focused position that helps boost sales efficiency and overall business performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Retrieve pricing from partner cruise lines and travel vendors
  • Apply current promotions, perks, and special offers
  • Deliver accurate quotes through the internal request system
  • Support both sales and marketing initiatives by ensuring high-quality quote content
  • Assist with basic data entry tasks tied to marketing and lead-generation workflows
  • Communicate with sales agents when clarification is needed
  • Maintain organized documentation and quote logs
  • Ensure all quotes meet company accuracy and turnaround standards
  • Support weekend operations when required (mainly Saturdays)
  • Hybrid role: primarily remote, but occasional office days required


Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

  • Intermediate to advanced English (both written and verbal)
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Highly coachable and willing to follow proven systems
  • Proficient with computers, online tools, and basic data-entry tasks
  • Quiet, distraction-free work environment at home
  • High-speed internet connection: minimum 40 Mbps down / 5 Mbps up
  • Ability to work hard-wired to the modem (or willingness to set this up)


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Types 35+ WPM
  • Experience working with international or English-speaking clients (helpful but not required)
  • Competitive, detail-oriented, fast learner
  • Passport and U.S. visa (for optional free incentive trips—not required)

Schedule


  • Full-time, Monday–Friday
  • Occasional Saturday availability may be required
  • Hybrid: remote work with occasional office days in Lima


Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: S/.1,200-1,500 per month
  • Bonus: S/.5 per booking(approximately 400 soles extra per month)
  • Monthly earnings depend on booking volume
