A Cruise Travel Company is seeking a full time Marketing Coordinator to help promote cruise vacations (mostly to the USA market) as well as someone who could assist with youtube video editing as well.  The ideal candidate has a rare mix of talent from video editing, blogging, social media manager, content creation, email marketing, and has a fantastic work ethic who thrives on achieving excellent measurable results. We are seeking a candidate who can show previous successful campaigns as examples of their work/portfolio. Candidate must possess advanced or Native English to be considered for the role. Below are some of the responsibilities:

-Update all of our social media channels with our promotions (facebook, Instagram, tik tok, linkedin, youtube, twitter etc…) as well as sync all of our marketing efforts across all platforms.
-Generate paid ads on social media
-Video editing and posting on social media
-Update our website with promo’s advertised in other areas of the position
-Design and create promotional emails twice a month to our large database of clients
-Help garner more followers/subscribers on social media
-Find and/or create blog posts and back links to help with SEO
-Coordinate training and transparency with the sales team for successful marketing campaigns, as well as determining the success level of each marketing campaign
-Complete invoices for COOP marketing dollars and submit to the appropriate channels/vendors for COOP reimbursement
-Find new channels and help generate more leads
-Provide quotes on one of our major lead sources to generate more leads as well as research which cruises are worthy of promoting
-Track and report on the performance of the ads and marketing
-Other tasks/duties as assigned

Salary: 2500 soles per month or commensurate with experience
Remote position that requires: 40 mbps, has the ability to hard wire to their router and designated working area at home that is quiet.
Position: Monday through Friday, unless there is an event.
Location: Lima, Peru

Experience with these programs preferred: 

Video Editing Software:
Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Media Encoder, Adobe Premiere, and Adobe After Effects.
(Affinity Designer optional)

Website Tools:
