Responsibilities:
-Vendor Relations (assist in obtaining training opportunities, help create better vendor relations and increase commission levels and COOP marketing with both existing and creating new vendor relationships to create more lucrative selling opportunities)
-Responsible for maintaining and updating training site
-Coordinating Marketing & Sales initiatives
-Implementing HR practices and creating systems that track vacation, infractions and benefits
-Overseeing all departments(sales, customer service and marketing) and step in where necessary to help out occasionally with projects
-Managing all Supervisors and department heads through strong leadership skills-Quality Assurance on all bookings and processes
-Ensuring seamless communication between ownership and payroll persons(both in-house and outsourced)
-Budgeting and forecasting-Assist with recruiting, screening and maintaining a candidate pool in our CRM-Strategize process improvements
-Problem solve escalated customer service issues(internal and external)
-Assist with developer enhancements and system enhancements as well as new system training and implementation-Organization of employee engagement events and employee retention-Structuring employment contracts
-Seek growth opportunities via partnerships and collaborations
-Lead the synchronization of interdepartmental objectives through transparent and clear communication
Skills we are seeking:
Compensation: 5000 + soles per month(aproximately) or commensurate with experience (salary plus bonus)
