Applicants must reside in the Lima metropolitan area and be available to work in-office during the initial training and onboarding period. The first 1–2 months will be fully in-office, after which the position may transition to a hybrid schedule based on performance, reliability, and business needs.

Position Overview

Busy Biz Solutions SAC is seeking a Recruitment & Sales Specialist to help grow the Cruiser Travels Advisor Network by identifying, educating, and enrolling qualified independent cruise travel advisors into the program.


This is a highly communication-focused role that combines sales, recruiting, relationship-building, and advisor engagement. The ideal candidate enjoys speaking with people, conducting consultations, building trust, answering questions, overcoming objections, following up consistently, and helping prospective advisors determine whether the program is a good fit for their goals.


The primary responsibility of this position is advisor recruitment and enrollment. However, the successful candidate will also assist with advisor support, onboarding activities, advisor engagement initiatives, webinars, and ongoing efforts to improve the overall advisor experience.


This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is highly motivated by performance-based compensation, and wants the opportunity to grow into a larger role as the advisor program expands.


Key Responsibilities


Advisor Recruitment & Enrollment

  • Contact prospective advisors who express interest in joining the program.
  • Conduct introductory, discovery, and enrollment calls with applicants.
  • Clearly explain the benefits, expectations, and opportunities available through the Cruiser Travels Advisor Network.
  • Build rapport and establish credibility with prospective advisors.
  • Answer applicant questions professionally and accurately.
  • Follow up consistently with prospective advisors throughout the enrollment process.
  • Overcome objections and help applicants determine whether the program is the right fit.
  • Coordinate enrollment activities and onboarding preparation.
  • Maintain accurate prospect records and follow-up schedules.
  • Help improve recruiting effectiveness and enrollment conversion rates.


Advisor Support & Engagement

  • Assist advisors with basic program-related questions.
  • Provide support during onboarding and early engagement activities.
  • Help ensure advisors receive a positive first impression of the program.
  • Escalate more complex advisor issues to management when appropriate.
  • Support advisor retention efforts by helping identify common questions and challenges.
  • Participate in advisor webinars, informational meetings, and recruiting events.
  • Help foster a positive and professional advisor experience.


Program Feedback & Improvement

  • Share feedback regarding advisor questions, concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide recommendations that help improve recruiting effectiveness, onboarding, engagement, and retention.
  • Assist with recruiting initiatives, advisor communications, and community engagement efforts.
  • Support Facebook communities and other advisor communication channels when needed.
  • Help management identify trends and opportunities that can strengthen the advisor program.


Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

Exceptional English Communication Required (Highest Priority)


This position requires daily communication with U.S.-based professionals and almost exclusively English-speaking advisor applicants.


Because communication is one of the most important aspects of this role, English proficiency will be one of the primary factors considered during the hiring process.


Applicants must possess:

  • Exceptional spoken and written English proficiency. 
  • Clear, polished, and highly professional verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to communicate naturally, confidently, and effectively in business conversations.
  • Excellent listening and comprehension skills.
  • Strong written communication skills with proper grammar, spelling, and professionalism.
  • The ability to confidently conduct phone calls, Zoom meetings, consultations, presentations, and one-on-one conversations in English.
  • The ability to build rapport, communicate value, answer questions confidently, and represent the Cruiser Travels Advisor Network professionally.


Please note:

  • This role is not suitable for candidates with basic, intermediate, or developing English proficiency.
  • Candidates must be comfortable communicating with U.S.-based professionals throughout the workday.
  • Strong communication skills, pronunciation clarity, comprehension, professionalism, and overall English fluency will be heavily weighted throughout the hiring process.


Candidates who cannot communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally in English will not be considered.

  • Experience using CRM systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
  • Comfortable learning and utilizing company software and online tools.
  • Experience with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and virtual meetings.
  • Experience working with online databases, spreadsheets, reporting tools, and communication platforms.


Preferred Qualifications Skills

  • Experience in recruiting, admissions, enrollment, sales, customer success, account management, or business development.
  • Experience conducting consultations, interviews, discovery calls, or sales presentations.
  • Experience working with U.S.-based customers or clients.
  • Travel industry experience is a plus but not required.

Compensation 

  • S/. 2000 monthly base salary + recruitment bonuses


Recruitment Bonuses 

In addition to the base salary, employees earn recruitment bonuses for each advisor successfully recruited and enrolled into the Cruiser Travels Advisor Network.


To qualify for a bonus, the advisor must remain active through the last day of the enrollment month. Bonuses are paid on the following payroll cycle.


  • 70% plan - $15 bonus
  • 80% plan - $30 bonus
  • 90% plan -$150 bonus
  • 100% plan - $750 bonus


Expected Performance

Our initial goal is for this position to recruit an average of approximately 5 advisors per week through lead follow-up, consultations, recruiting calls, webinars, and advisor enrollment activities.

Actual results will vary based on lead volume, marketing investment, recruiting effectiveness, and program growth.


Compensation Examples

The following examples are provided to illustrate the compensation structure.

Exchange Rate Used: $1 USD = S/3.45


Scenario A – 20 Advisors on the 70% Plan

  • Bonus: 20 × $15 = $300
  • Bonus in Soles: S/1,035
  • Total Monthly Compensation:
    • Base Salary: S/2,000
    • Bonus: S/1,035
    • Total: S/3,035

Scenario B – 20 Advisors on the 80% Plan

  • Bonus: 20 × $30 = $600
  • Bonus in Soles: S/2,070
  • Total Monthly Compensation:
    • Base Salary: S/2,000
    • Bonus: S/2,070
    • Total: S/4,070

Scenario C – 20 Advisors on the 90% Plan

  • Bonus: 20 × $150 = $3,000
  • Bonus in Soles: S/10,350
  • Total Monthly Compensation:
    • Base Salary: S/2,000
    • Bonus: S/10,350
    • Total: S/12,350

Scenario D – 20 Advisors on the 100% Plan

  • Bonus: 20 × $750 = $15,000
  • Bonus in Soles: S/51,750
  • Total Monthly Compensation:
    • Base Salary: S/2,000
    • Bonus: S/51,750
    • Total: S/53,750

Note: These examples are provided solely to illustrate the compensation structure. Actual earnings will depend on advisor enrollments, advisor plan selection, lead volume, recruiting effectiveness, and overall program performance.
