Busy Biz Solutions SAC was established as a global leader in providing support to other firms seeking employment solutions, with an emphasis on Sales, Manager. This position is for a role with our permanent client in the Cruise Industry, serving customers mostly in the USA.
Selling Supervisor that could be groomed into a Sales Manager, Eventual Sales Director and VP of Sales.
This person would be a top performer themselves, follows all the proper processes, champions the company’s ethics, procedures and processes and helps to motivate and inspire the sales team to do the same for continued improvements.
As a selling supervisor, they will:
- Monitor company software to make sure staff has activity rating above 60% and use that to help determine where agents have more opportunity to improve. Make sure agents are punching in and out on time correctly.
- Lead a 15-minute Monday morning meeting recapping the previous week and highlighting the top performers, pointing out what contributed to their success as well as a sales meeting once a month to start off the new month, highlighting previous month agent of the month winners and announcing current promo’s we have. 2-4 30 minute monthly trainings that can help the team achieve more sales (insurance, follow up, selling strategies, product knowledge etc…). Announce bonus winners too.
- Calculate the agents of the month and announce in the sales meeting as well as bonus winners each week and provide Lesly the winners to track for payroll(both cash bonus and cruise dollars). Send in an email and discuss in weekly meeting.
- Assisting and facilitating some of the new hire training and coordinating the shadowing for new hires and making sure to approve a new agents bookings before they send the invoice to the customer(booking form, sold addon form, report to cruise compete, etc…)
- Make sure the agents are entering and flagging all of their worked leads (will make you an admin in leads system, webcruise etc..)
- Monitor sales calls to make sure the agents are building rappour, doing mini commercial, recapping, reading ins script and reaching sales standards.
- Approve offers for approval for new agents or if an agent needs help.
- Continuing to sell cruises with the embodiment of what Cruiser Travels is all about and by applying all of our requirements and standards to every lead/customer. Being the perfect example of what Cruiser Travels is looking for, and what you are looking for as a supervisor.
- Come up with ideas to help increase sales performance, customer service, client and agent retention as well as company and sales morale.
Salary: 3000 Soles Base Salary per month, plus 3% of supervised agents net commission (approximately double the base salary and upwards of 3 times the base salary), plus bonuses.
