Job Description:

A USA Travel Company that is partnered with Busy Biz Solutions SAC here in Lima is seeking a Travel Agent Sales Professional. Our partner Travel Company has seen record numbers this year and can’t keep up with the demand. They are seeking to fill 1-2 permanent contract positions immediately.

Cruiser Travels’ CEO has been in the travel industry for over 20 years and has a proven track record of driving new business and coaching new agents to successful and lucrative careers.

A Travel Agent Sales Agent will respond to hot leads via sales calls and emails. This is an inbound position that uses a mix of both electronic and phone communication. Agent will obtain pricing, determine commission and obtain exclusive perks from the partner travel vendors(mostly cruises) and provide customers pricing and perks with a proven method of success. Agent will close sales, follow up, and provide ongoing customer service and sales to that client.

Candidate MUST have the following:

-Must be 100% fluent in English, both verbal and written (non-negotiable)

-Must be hard working

-Must be ambitious and financially motivated

-Must have an incredible work ethic

-Must be highly coachable

-Must have above average intelligence

-Must be proficient with computer systems

-Must have a quiet and distraction free place to work from home

-Must have high speed internet(min 40 mbps down and 5 mbps up) and ability to be hard wired to the modem(not wifi) or be willing to set this up if hired

-Must be a team player

Ideal Candidate Has:

-Ability to type 35+ words per minute

-Has sales experience as a top producer

-Has worked with US customers before

-Lived or traveled in the US previously

-Competitive

-Has a passport and US VISA (only for free trips)

The position is Monday through Friday; however, we reserve the right to include operational hours on the weekends (Saturday most likely). 

Base Salary plus per-booking incentives, commissions, and bonuses. Estimated compensation for an agent would be about 3,000-10,000+ soles per month. We also offer free cruise and travel contests as well.
